Yaniv was AWESOME! We moved from a different state, so his knowledge of the area really helped us to learn the differences between the processes for getting certain things done to your home was very helpful. You don't always get the first house you see and want and Yani was very encouraging when this did in fact happen. Through his negotiation skills, he gave us the sense that he knew when a seller was no longer considering an offer or the offer proposed may not be good enough to compete (or too much!) - which is obviously a great instinct. You don't always get everything you want (you may have to remodel for that); Yani was honest with this information, which allowed us to widen the net of what we were looking at and it allowed us to see the potential of a space instead of what is directly in front of us. He has always responded to our emails, text messages, and phone calls - and he still does as a matter of fact! He made us aware of every step of this process and he was always there to clarify any confusion. Any question he couldn't answer, he directed us to the correct person who could. Yani made this experience of buying a home more enjoyable - as it should be! - and we feel very lucky to have had him on our side!
